In short. You rent a temporary number, the verification code that arrives on it is delivered to you, and the order is done. Points are prepaid credit for this service only. The price is taken when you buy; if no code arrives before the order's timer ends, the points come back by themselves; a delivered code is never refunded. Use the service lawfully, keep your sign-in and your API key private, and see the privacy policy for what we keep about you. By using OTPKart you agree to everything below.
1. What this service is
OTPKart rents you a temporary phone number in a country of your choice and delivers the SMS verification code sent to it - in the Telegram bot, on the website at https://dev.otpkart.com, or through the API. That is the whole product: one number, for one order, for receiving a verification code.
A number is rented for the window of one order. When the order ends - a code was delivered, the timer ran out, or you cancelled - the number is released. It is never yours to keep, and it may be issued again later, to you or to someone else.
The numbers come from upstream providers (the "servers" you choose between) that we do not control. Which countries, services and servers are available, at what price, and whether there is stock at a given moment all change through the day. What is offered when you buy is what is offered.
Prices are in points and differ per service, country and server. The price is shown before you buy: on the buy button in the bot and on the website, and in the API's price list.
On some servers more than one code can arrive on the same number while the order is open. The order is charged once.
Not offered: WhatsApp verification (see Acceptable use), numbers rented for days or weeks, ready-made accounts, or anything beyond receiving a verification code.
2. Your account
One account per identity. A Telegram account gets one OTPKart account and a Google account gets one. An identity that already belongs to another account cannot be linked to a second one, and two accounts are never merged. From the website's Account page you can add a Google sign-in or a Telegram account to the account you already have.
You must be at least 18 years old to use OTPKart.
Your sign-in and your API key are yours to protect. Anything done through them - every order and every point spent - is treated as done by you.
We may suspend or close an account that is used for abuse, fraud or unlawful activity, or when the law requires it. A blocked account cannot sign in, cannot buy and its API key stops working. Where the block is for a breach of these terms, unused points may be forfeited where the law allows.
You can ask support to delete your account. What that does to your data is described in the privacy policy.
3. Points and payments
POINTS
your balance
Your balance is kept in points: prepaid credit that can be spent only on OTPKart. Points are entries in our ledger, not money. They are not cash, cannot be transferred to another account, cannot be withdrawn and are not converted back into money. A top-up is final.
Every credit and debit of points is recorded. Your orders and your top-ups are shown in the bot and on the website.
TOP-UPS
UPI and USDT
Top-ups go through a payment gateway, by UPI or by USDT (on the networks the payment screen offers). Only the methods switched on at that moment are offered, and each order has a minimum and a maximum that come from the gateway's settings and are shown before you order.
A UPI top-up adds one point per rupee paid. Pay exactly the amount shown for the order.
A USDT top-up is converted into points at our rate. The rate shown when you order is the current one, as an estimate; the points are calculated at our rate at the moment the transfer is confirmed, rounded down to whole points. If our rate is being refreshed at that moment, the credit waits until it is. Send exactly the amount shown, on the network shown - funds sent on another chain are lost.
A deposit order expires if it is not paid within the time shown on it. A payment made after that, or for a different amount, may not be matched automatically: contact support with the transaction reference (the UTR, or the transaction id) and it is checked by hand. Points are credited only for a payment the gateway confirms.
Fees charged by your bank, your wallet app, the payment gateway or the blockchain network are yours, not ours. We credit what the gateway reports as received.
Only pay to the UPI link or the wallet address that the bot or the website shows you for your own order. We are not responsible for money sent anywhere else.
4. Orders, cancellations and refunds
BUYING
the price, the timer, the code
The price is shown before you buy and is deducted from your balance at purchase. If no number is available, you are not charged: an attempt that gets no number costs nothing.
Every order has a timer, shown with the number. If no code arrives before it ends, the order closes and the points return to your balance automatically - there is nothing to claim. The bot tells you; on the website the order shows it, and the API reports it in getStatus.
Once a code has been delivered to you, the order is complete and is not refunded - whether or not you used the code, and whatever the service you verified with did with it.
CANCELLING
Ban Number
You can cancel an order that has not received a code yet: the Ban Number button in the bot, the cancel button on the website, or setStatus in the API. The cancel is queued and reaches the provider within seconds. If no code had arrived, the points return to your balance, and you are told once that has happened.
Before a cancel is executed, the number is checked one last time. A code that arrives in the moment between your request and its execution counts as delivered: the order completes and there is no refund.
Some servers do not allow cancelling a number within its first minutes. On those the cancel waits until the server allows it and is then executed by itself; the bot and the API tell you the wait. If the server keeps refusing, the order simply runs to its timer and the automatic refund applies.
A few servers cannot cancel a live number at all. On those the order runs to its timer, and the points come back then if no code arrived. The bot and the API say so when you try.
A refund is always the points of that order, back to the same balance - never cash.
The code did not arrive? Some services block certain numbers. Try another server or another country - the attempt that got no code is refunded by itself when its timer ends, or sooner if you cancel it.
5. Acceptable use
Use OTPKart only for lawful purposes, and only in ways that the service you verify with allows. You are responsible for what you do with a number; we deliver the SMS and nothing more.
Not allowed: fraud, scams, phishing or extortion; harassment; spam or bulk fake-account creation; impersonating a person or a business; evading a ban on another platform; unauthorised access to any system; anything that is illegal where you are or where the number is registered.
Do not sell or pass on the codes you receive, or accounts made with them, as a product of their own. Reselling numbers through the API is allowed only under these same terms, which you must pass on to your own customers.
Do not abuse the bot or the API with automation: hammering a service that has no stock, mass cancellations, scraping, or anything that degrades the service for others.
WhatsApp verification is not offered on this platform. This is a deliberate decision: it is not listed, it will not be added, and support cannot add it for you.
A breach may end your account without notice, and unused points may be forfeited where the law allows. We co-operate with lawful investigations.
6. The API
Every account has one API key, shown in the bot (Profile, API Access) and on the website (Account). Revealing it switches API access on for the account.
The key spends your balance. You are responsible for everything done with it - including anything your own customers do, if you resell. If it leaks, replace it at once from the Account page or from the bot: the old key stops working immediately.
The calls, the parameters each one needs (the country, and a server id from the price list) and every error code are documented at /docs. A call that omits a required parameter is refused.
The API is provided as it is. There is no uptime guarantee; providers, stock and prices change without notice, and changes to the API itself are announced when we can. We may slow down or block a key that floods the API, and a blocked account's key stops working.
7. Referral programme
Share your referral link - from the bot, or from the website's Account page. When a friend who joined through it makes a top-up that is confirmed, a percentage of that top-up is credited to your balance as points. The percentage is shown on your Account page and in the bot; the value at the time of the top-up is the one that applies, and it may change.
A friend is attributed once, when their account is created through your link. An existing customer who follows a link is not re-attributed, and you cannot refer yourself.
Bonuses are calculated and credited automatically. They cannot be claimed by hand, back-dated or paid in cash.
Self-referrals, duplicate accounts and accounts created only to farm bonuses void the bonus: it is reversed, and every account involved may be blocked.
8. Availability and liability
The service is provided as it is and as available, on a best-effort basis. We do not promise that a particular service will accept a particular number, that a code will arrive, that it will arrive within a certain time, or that the bot, the website or the API will be uninterrupted. We may pause the service for maintenance.
We are not the sender of the codes. The service you verify with decides whether it sends one and whether it accepts the number; the networks and the providers we rent numbers from are outside our control.
Our responsibility to you for an order is limited to the points of that order - which is what the automatic refund returns. We are not liable for bans or restrictions on other platforms, lost business, missed opportunities or any indirect loss arising from the use, or the unavailability, of a number.
Support can check an order, a payment or a refund, but cannot override the automatic rules: no refund for a delivered code, no cash-outs, no numbers added by hand.
9. Changes
When these terms change, the new version is published on this page with a new date at the top. Larger changes are announced in the bot when possible. Using OTPKart after a change means you accept it.
10. Contact
Support on Telegram - the same contact as the Support button in the bot. Website: https://dev.otpkart.com. Send your order number or payment reference in the first message; it makes everything faster.
